In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Lyon County Lyons basketball team scored a big 68-24 triumph over the Dawson Springs Panthers.
The Lyons (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Dawson Springs will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 72-25 non-league loss to Owensboro Catholic (Owensboro, KY).
