The Drake/Anamoose Raiders basketball team scored 31 points and limited the visiting Velva Aggies to 23 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Center-Stanton for a non-league game on Friday, January 10.

With the loss, Velva falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Aggies host Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood (Renville, ND) to confront the Mavericks in a B District 6 game on Thursday, January 9. The Mavericks go into the game with a record of 7-5. Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood lost 46-42 in their recent league game against Surrey (Surrey, ND)
