In Tuesday's league contest, the host Haverford Fords basketball team scored a big 53-24 triumph over the Penncrest Lions.
The Fords (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bergtraum (New York, NY). The Blazers go into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Bergtraum smashed Washington (New York, NY), 105-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Conestoga Pioneers (Berwyn, PA) in a Central contest, on Thursday, January 9. Penncrest will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Pioneers go into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 57-37 league win over Radnor (Radnor, PA).
