The Jones Fightin' Tigers basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Master's Academy Eagles to 34 in the Fightin' Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Fightin' Tigers now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Forest Lake Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, January 9. Jones will confront a Panthers team coming off a 73-14 non-league loss to Central Florida Christian Academy (Ocoee, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Master's Academy falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Lions go into the game with a record of 4-5.
