The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA) and the host McNair Mustangs (Atlanta, GA), observed Social Circle's basketball team overwhelm McNair by a score of 63-36.
The Redskins (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Redan was routed by Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA), 49-34, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) in a A D1 Region 4 challenge, on Friday, January 10. McNair will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The War Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 66-29 league win over Towers (Decatur, GA).
