Nebraska High School Basketball - Pawnee City bested by Weeping Water

The Pawnee City Indians basketball squad (Pawnee City, NE), lost 45-32 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Weeping Water Indians (Weeping Water, NE)

With the victory, Weeping Water advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Indians host Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE) to meet the Knights in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 9. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 6-4. Elmwood-Murdock lost 44-43 in their recent non-league battle against Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE)

The Indians now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson-Brock for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 9. Pawnee City will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 61-32 non-league win over Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 8-1.
