In Tuesday's league contest, the host Wayne Christian Eagles basketball team scored a good 50-42 triumph over the John Paul II Catholic Saints.
The Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Greenfield (Wilson, NC). The Knights go into the contest with a 11-1 record.
