In Saturday's non-league outing, the Manasquan Warriors (Manasquan, NJ) basketball squad felled the visiting Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ), by a margin of 56-47.

The Warriors (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Wall Township (Wall, NJ). The Crimson Knights go into the non-league outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Wall Township was beaten by Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ), 60-30, in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lower Cape May for a Cape/Atlantic - National outing on Monday, January 10. Mainland Regional will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 39-31 non-league win over Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
