The Crestwood Comets basketball team (Mountain Top, PA), dropped 56-48 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA)
The Rockets now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lampeter-Strasburg for a non-league battle on Monday, January 10. Spring Grove will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 39-30 league win over Cocalico (Denver, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-2.
The Comets (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Tunkhannock dropped by Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA), 74-52, in a league battle.
