Nebraska High School Basketball - Omaha Christian Academy can't hold off Lewiston

The Omaha Christian Academy Eagles basketball team (Omaha, NE), was nudged 33-32 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Lewiston Tigers (Lewiston, NE)

The Tigers now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson-Brock for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 18. Lewiston will battle a Eagles team coming off a 44-38 non-league win over Meridian (Daykin, NE). The Eagles record now stands at 10-2.

The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Cornerstone Christian School (Bellevue, NE). The Cougars come into the C2 District 1 battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Cornerstone Christian School edged Boys Town (Boys Town, NE), 37-23, in a non-league battle.
