In Saturday's non-league outing, the Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Susquehanna Sabers (Susquehanna, PA), by a count of 58-19.
The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA). The Buckhorns go into the Lackawanna 2 outing with a 5-3 record.
The Sabers now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Mid Valley for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 11.
