In Sunday's non-league outing, the Salem Rams (Salem, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ), by a margin of 43-42.
The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Wildwood (Wildwood, NJ). The Warriors go into the Tri-County - Classic contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Wildwood nudged Millville (Millville, NJ), 48-35, in a non-league contest.
The Chiefs (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Bridgeton nudged Buena (Buena, NJ), 49-27, in a league contest.
