The East Brunswick Bears basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Academy for Urban Leadership Charter Jaguars to 38 in the Bears non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bears now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph for a Greater Middlesex - Red contest on Tuesday, January 9. East Brunswick will meet a Falcons team coming off a 46-43 league win over Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 7-1.

Next up, the Jaguars play the East Brunswick Vo-Tech (East Brunswick, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Academy for Urban Leadership Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
