Virginia High School Basketball - Bayside ripped by Maury

The Maury Commodores basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Bayside Marlins to 35 in the Commodores non-league triumph on Monday.
The Commodores now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manor for a Eastern contest on Wednesday, January 10. Maury will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 50-41 non-league loss to Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-6.
The Marlins (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA). The Dolphins enter the Beach contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Ocean Lakes was routed by Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA), 73-28, in a league contest.
