Michigan High School Basketball - Calvary Baptist Academy falls to Valley Lutheran

January 8, 2024: Saginaw, MI 48603

In Monday's non-league match, the host Valley Lutheran Chargers basketball team scored a good 51-40 triumph over the Calvary Baptist Academy Kings.

In their next game, the Chargers meet the St. Louis Sharks (St. Louis, MI) in a Tri-Valley - Blue match, on Friday, January 12. Valley Lutheran will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Sharks enter the match with a 2-7 record after their 52-34 league loss to Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI).

With the defeat, Calvary Baptist Academy moves to 2-7 on the year. The Kings travel to Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (Saginaw, MI) to meet the Dragons in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 9. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 5-3. Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy won 59-49 in their recent non-league match against Atherton (Burton, MI)
