The Valwood Valiants routed the visiting Community Christian Academy Eagles basketball team by a final score of 61-15 in Monday's non-league bout.

With the victory, Valwood upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Valiants host Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 11. The Generals come into the bout with a record of 3-4. Georgia Christian lost 73-46 in their recent non-league bout against Atkinson County (Pearson, GA)

Next up, the Eagles play the St. Teresa's Catholic Crusaders (Albany, GA) in a GAPPS - I-A Region 4B bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Community Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
