The Garrison Troopers (Garrison, ND) basketball felled the visiting Hazen Bison (Hazen, ND), 72-58 in Monday's non-league test.
The Troopers (8-2) will now prepare for their test against New Salem (New Salem, ND). The Holsteins go into the B District 6 test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, New Salem was beaten by Flasher (Flasher, ND), 62-38, in a non-league test.
The Bison now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Bottineau for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. Hazen will encounter a Braves/Stars squad coming off a 76-48 non-league loss to Grafton (Grafton, ND). The Braves/Stars record now stands at 5-3.
