South Dakota High School Basketball - Harding County nips Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent]

Harding County Ranchers (Buffalo, SD) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] (Elgin, ND), 53-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Harding County upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Ranchers travel to Dupree (Dupree, SD) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Dupree lost 61-48 in their recent non-league bout against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD)

Next up, the play the Bison Cardinals (Bison, SD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
