Connecticut High School Basketball - Grasso Tech tops Tourtellotte

Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT), 43-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Grasso Tech upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-7. Lyman Memorial won 69-47 in their recent non-league bout against Bolton (Bolton, CT)

Next up, the Tigers play the Norwich RVT Warriors (Norwich, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Tourtellotte will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 73-54 non-league loss to Plainfield (Central Village, CT).
