In their next game, the Ascenders face the Tampa Catholic Crusaders (Tampa, FL) in a 3A District 9 game, on Wednesday, January 10. IMG Academy will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Crusaders enter the game with a 6-9 record after their 70-56 non-league win over Lee (Huntsville, AL).

With the defeat, Jordan Christian Prep moves to 8-4 on the year. The Seahawks host Specially Fit Academy (Dover, FL) to face the Rams in a Sunshine Independent game on Thursday, January 11. The Rams enter the game with a record of 13-8. Specially Fit Academy lost 63-59 in their recent league game against DME Academy (Daytona Beach, FL)
