With the win, Marie Philip upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Galloping Ghosts travel to Iowa School for the Deaf (Council Bluffs, IA) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Iowa School for the Deaf lost 55-13 in their recent non-league bout against Kansas School for the Deaf (Olathe, KS)

Next up, the clash with the Mountain View Christian Academy Conquerors (Winchester, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 235-823 season record. The Conquerors go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 63-32 non-league loss to Paw Paw (Paw Paw, WV).
