With the victory, Britton-Hecla upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Braves host Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 5-3.

Next up, the Wolves play the Waverly/South Shore Coyotes (Waverly, SD) in a B Region 1 bout, on Thursday, January 11. Wilmot will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Coyotes come into the bout with a 0-8 record after their 45-21 league loss to Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD).
