Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Anthony Village thwarts Holy Family Catholic

The St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN), 75-61 in Monday's non-league test.
The Huskies (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Richfield (Richfield, MN). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Richfield notched a victory over Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN), 62-50, in a league test.
The Fire now own a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Jordan for a AA Section 5 test on Friday, January 12. Holy Family Catholic will encounter a Hubmen / Jaguars squad coming off a 85-50 non-league win over Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, MN). The Hubmen / Jaguars record now stands at 10-2.
