Coupeville Wolves (Coupeville, WA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Auburn Adventist Falcons (Auburn, WA), 55-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Coupeville upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 4-7. Oak Harbor lost 44-36 in their recent non-league bout against Bellingham (Bellingham, WA)

Next up, the Falcons play the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings (Auburn, WA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Auburn Adventist will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Kings come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 42-34 non-league loss to Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA).
