The Cusick Panthers basketball team scored 87 points and limited the visiting Rosalia Spartans to 43 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Curlew for a 1B Northeast game on Thursday, January 9.

With the loss, Rosalia falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Dayton (Dayton, WA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 6-7. Dayton won 58-34 in their recent non-league game against Prescott (Prescott, WA)
