With the victory, Summerfield advances its record to 10-0 on the year. The Bulldogs host Erie-Mason (Erie, MI) to meet the Eagles in a Tri-County battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 4-4.

The Navigators now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University Prep Science & Math for a Charter battle on Friday, January 10. Henry Ford Academy will meet a Cobra squad coming off a 81-43 non-league loss to Arts & Tech (Pontiac, MI). The Cobra record now stands at 5-4.
