Maryland High School Basketball - Lansdowne thwarts Towson

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Lansdowne Vikings (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting Towson Generals (Towson, MD), observed Lansdowne's basketball team knock off Towson by a score of 62-45.

The Vikings (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Parkville (Baltimore, MD). The Knights come into the Baltimore County 1 challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Parkville prevailed over Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD), 49-39, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Generals encounter the Woodlawn Warriors (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore County 1 challenge, on Friday, January 10. Towson will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
