Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI), 57-49 in a league match.

With the victory, Lincoln upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Lions host Tolman (Pawtucket, RI) to face the Tigers in a Division I match on Thursday, January 9. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 4-4. Tolman lost 85-50 in their recent league match against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI)

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Kingstown for a Division II match on Monday, January 13.
