In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting St. Mary's Knights basketball team scored a big 54-33 triumph over the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles.
The Knights (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ). The Titans go into the contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Arcadia smashed Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ), 69-65, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the ALA - Queen Creek Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. ALA - Gilbert North will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
