The Classical Purple basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Shea Raiders to 43 in the Purple non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Purple now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pilgrim for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22.

With the loss, Shea falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Raiders host Coventry (Coventry, RI) to confront the Oakers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Oakers go into the game with a record of 3-0. Coventry won 53-39 in their recent non-league game against Hope (Providence, RI)
