With the victory, Corbin advances its record to 10-2 on the year. The Redhounds host South Laurel (London, KY) to meet the Cardinals in a District 50 battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Cardinals enter the battle with a record of 7-4.

The Bobcats now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Walker for a non-league battle on Monday, January 13. Bell County will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 75-35 league loss to J.I. Burton (Norton, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-7.
