The Stillman Valley Cardinals basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Rock Falls Rockets to 19 in the Cardinals league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Winnebago for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15.
With the loss, Rock Falls falls to 2-15 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL) to confront the Vikings in a game on Saturday, January 11. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 0-0.
