The Falcons (15-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA). The Lancers come into the challenge with a 13-4 record. In their last challenge, Carlsbad trounced Francis Parker (San Diego, CA), 72-25, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Sundevils encounter the Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Mt. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 65-36 non-league win over Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA).
