The Lenape Indians (Medford, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting East Side Red Raiders (Newark, NJ), 47-42 in Sunday's non-league test.
The Indians (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Winslow Township (Atco, NJ). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Winslow Township was tipped by Camden (Camden, NJ), 97-43, in a league test.
The Red Raiders now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Montclair for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 12.
