The Colfax Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Prairie Farm Panthers to 45 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elk Mound for a Dunn-St. Croix contest on Thursday, January 12. Colfax will battle a Mounders team coming off a 46-45 non-league loss to Fall Creek (Fall Creek, WI). The Mounders record now stands at 6-3.
The Panthers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against New Auburn (New Auburn, WI). The Trojans enter the Lakeland - East contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, New Auburn was defeated by Shell Lake (Shell Lake, WI), 56-34, in a non-league contest.
