With the victory, Eureka upgrades its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Loggers host Fortuna (Fortuna, CA) to play the Huskies in a Humboldt-Del Norte - Big 5 bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 10-7. Fortuna lost 52-47 in their recent league bout against Arcata (Arcata, CA)

Next up, the Cubs play the Ferndale Wildcats (Ferndale, CA) in a Humboldt-Del Norte - Little 4 bout, on Friday, January 13. South Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 82-41 non-league win over Hayfork (Hayfork, CA).
