The Kingsford Flivvers (Kingsford, MI) basketball felled the visiting Forest Park Trojans (Crystal Falls, MI), 65-50 in Monday's non-league test.
The Flivvers (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Gladstone (Gladstone, MI). The Braves go into the Great Northern U.P. test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Gladstone thwarted Westwood (Ishpeming, MI), 63-50, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Munising for a non-league test on Thursday, January 12. Forest Park will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-33 non-league win over Manistique (Manistique, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-0.
