Minnesota High School Basketball - Park Rapids can't hold off Pine River-Backus

The Pine River-Backus Tigers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Park Rapids Panthers to 46 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cass Lake-Bena for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Pine River-Backus will battle a Panthers team coming off a 100-45 league win over Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 8-0.
The Panthers (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton (Glyndon, MN). The Rebels enter the AA Section 8 contest with a 4-2 record.
