Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Universal Stars (Bridgeview, IL), 57-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Reavis upgrades its record to 3-11 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL) to play the Hawks in a South Suburban bout on Thursday, January 12. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 16-2. Hillcrest won 63-24 in their recent league bout against Bremen (Midlothian, IL)

Next up, the Stars play the Hinsdale Adventist Academy Hurricanes (Hinsdale, IL) in a Metro Prep bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Universal will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 67-46 non-league win over Morton Grove Academy (Morton Grove, IL).
