New Mexico High School Basketball - West Las Vegas trounced by Clovis

January 9, 2023: Las Vegas, NM 87701

The Clovis Wildcats routed the host West Las Vegas Dons basketball team by a final score of 55-30 in Monday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 13. Clovis will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 10-4 record after their 59-56 non-league win over Roswell (Roswell, NM).

With the defeat, West Las Vegas moves to 8-6 on the year. The Dons travel to Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Huskies in a non-league game on Thursday, January 12. The Huskies enter the game with a record of 9-6. Hope Christian won 66-24 in their recent non-league game against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM)
