The Mayfield Wildcats routed the visiting Euclid Panthers basketball team by a final score of 54-32 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) in a Western Reserve game, on Thursday, January 12. Mayfield will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the game with a 3-8 record after their 37-28 league loss to Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH).
With the defeat, Euclid moves to 1-11 on the year. The Panthers host Lutheran East (Cleveland Heights, OH) to face the Falcons in a non-league game on Monday, January 16. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 2-10.
