In Monday's non-league bout, the Foss Falcons (Tacoma, WA) basketball squad edged the visiting Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA), by a count of 20-18.
With the win, Foss upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The Falcons host Clover Park (Lakewood, WA) to play the Timberwolves in a 2A South Puget Sound bout on Friday, January 13. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Clover Park won 35-15 in their recent league bout against Steilacoom (Steilacoom, WA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) in a 2A KingCo bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Lindbergh will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 84-15 league loss to Foster (Tukwila, WA).
