With the victory, North Catholic improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Freeport (Freeport, PA) to confront the Yellowjackets in a WPIAL 4A 1 challenge on Monday, January 23. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 5-9.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 1 challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 46-41 league win over Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA).
