The Platt Panthers basketball team scored 30 points and restricted the visiting Tolland Eagles to 24 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilcox RVT for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Platt will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 32-31 league loss to Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.

The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Lewis Mills was nudged by Maloney (Meriden, CT), 38-36, in a non-league contest.
