Escondido Charter White Tigers (Escondido, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA), 27-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Escondido Charter upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The White Tigers travel to Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Knights in a bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Victory Christian Academy lost 54-2 in their recent non-league bout against Helix (La Mesa, CA)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Canyon Crest Academy Ravens (San Diego, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 20. Sage Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
