Louisiana High School Soccer - St. Joseph's Academy knocks off Mandeville

St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers (Baton Rouge, LA) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Mandeville Skippers (Mandeville, LA), 5-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Redstickers confront the Baton Rouge Bulldogs (Baton Rouge, LA) in a Division I District 4 challenge, on Thursday, January 12. St. Joseph's Academy will attempt to better on its 14-1 season record.
The Skippers now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Slidell for a Division I District 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. Mandeville will confront a Tigers team coming off a 6-1 league loss to St. Scholastica (Covington, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-6.
