The Garey Vikings (Pomona, CA) basketball nipped the host Entrepreneur Panthers (Highland, CA), 62-61 in Monday's non-league test.
The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Pomona (Pomona, CA). The Red Devils go into the test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Pomona got by Ganesha (Pomona, CA), 54-16, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to United Christian Academy for a non-league test on Friday, January 20.
