Virginia High School Basketball - Princess Anne ripped by Tallwood

The Tallwood Lions basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Princess Anne Cavaliers to 21 in the Lions league triumph on Monday.
The Lions now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kempsville for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 11. Tallwood will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 44-36 non-league win over Salem (Virginia Beach, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 3-2.
The Cavaliers (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA). The Marlins enter the contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Bayside triumphed over Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA), 77-41, in a non-league contest.
