The Matadors now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clovis for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Sandia will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 71-19 non-league win over Dexter (Dexter, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.

The Sundevils (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Horsemen come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record.
