The Carroll Chargers basketball team scored 61 points and held the host DeKalb Barons to 41 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

In their next game, the Chargers meet the New Haven Bulldogs (New Haven, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 13. Carroll will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record.

With the defeat, DeKalb moves to 4-6 on the year. The Barons travel to East Noble (Kendallville, IN) to meet the Knights in a Northeast 8 match on Friday, January 12. The Knights enter the match with a record of 7-6. East Noble lost 58-43 in their recent league match against Huntington North (Huntington, IN)
